These Terms and Conditions govern your use of my medical aesthetics services. By booking an appointment or using my services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use my services.

Services

Blue Sky Medical Aesthetics provides medical aesthetics treatments including – but not limited to –botulinum toxin, bimatoprost, dermaplaning, Light Fusion, microneedling, skin peels and other skincare services. Services are performed by a trained and licensed professional.

Medical consent and eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to receive treatments unless parental consent is provided.

• A consultation may be required to assess suitability for treatments.

• We reserve the right to refuse treatment if deemed medically inappropriate.

Appointments and cancellations

• A deposit may be required to secure your booking.

• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.

• If you arrive late, we may need to reschedule or shorten your appointment.

Payments and refunds

• All payments must be made in full at the time of service.

• I accept cash, credit and debit cards.

• No refunds are provided for completed services. However, I may offer corrections or touch-ups at my discretion.

Risks and liability

• All treatments involve some level of risk. By receiving services, you acknowledge and accept potential side effects or complications.

• Blue Sky Medical Aesthetics is not liable for any adverse reactions resulting from failure to follow pre- or post-treatment instructions.

Privacy Policy

• I respect your privacy and comply with data protection laws. Any personal information collected is used solely for providing services and communication.

• I will not share your information with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

Changes to Terms

• I may update these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. Continued use of my services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
