Treatment FAQs
During the facial, a series of ZO products will be applied to your skin, including an exfoliating enzyme, a mild chemical peel solution, and a calming mask. These products will be massaged into your skin to ensure absorption. You’ll feel a mild tingling or warming sensation, but the treatment is gentle and non-invasive.
The treatment uses a combination of alpha hydroxy acids (AHAs) such as glycolic acid, lactic acid, and citric acid to exfoliate dead skin cells, stimulate cell turnover, and enhance skin texture. It also contains salicylic acid, which helps unclog pores and reduce breakouts.
Since this is a superficial peel, there is no peeling or flaking afterwards – just smoother, more radiant skin. It's ideal for regular maintenance or before special events to achieve a refreshed complexion. I combine this treatment with relaxing scalp, shoulder and arm massage as well as facial lymphatic drainage massage using cryo globes, to provide a relaxing experience.
How does the ZO Skin Health Stimulator Facial work?
The facial works by gently exfoliating the skin with a combination of active ingredients and light chemical peels. The treatment helps to accelerate cell turnover, reduce surface discolouration, and stimulate collagen production, leaving the skin looking fresh, rejuvenated, and radiant.
